Benson Warren has been a professor of art at Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma for the past 40 years and holds an M.F.A. degree in Sculpture from Stephen F. Austin University. He completed additional studies at the University of Iowa in the mid 1970’s with professor Julius Schmidt and gained an interest in bronze casting that continues to be reflected in his work.
