The Master of Science in Computer Science degree program is designed to accept applicants from a broad range of undergraduate preparation and to provide them with knowledge and skills encompassing the areas of computer science methodologies and computer software design and development.

The degree program for the Master of Science with a major in computer science is a 36 credit hour, non-thesis course of study.  Students must complete a 15 hour core.  Students lacking adequate preparation in Computer Science and/or Mathematics will be required to complete leveling work prior to enrolling in graduate level courses in the degree program.
