
Withdrawal & Dropped Course Refund
- Dropped Course Refunds – If you are dropping a course within the first four class days of a summer term or the first twelve class days of a Fall or Spring term, you are eligible for a refund of applicable tuition and fees for the course dropped.
- Withdrawal Procedures - If you wish to cancel your registration or withdraw from the university, you will need to notify the Office of the Dean of Students, room 104, Clark Student Center or call (940) 397-6273.
Withdrawing from the university constitutes cancelling all classes for a semester.
Fall 2012

If you are dropping a course within the first four class days of a summer term or the first twelve class days of a fall or spring term, you are eligible for a refund of applicable tuition and fees for the course dropped. Dropped courses are not the same as a withdrawal. Dropped course refund percentages apply if you are dropping a course(s) but remain enrolled in other course(s) during the semester.
