» Wellness Center Fall Kickoff The MSU Wellness Programs will showcase many of its group fitness classes, and give tours of the Redwine Wellness Center beginning at 4:30 p.m. Beginning at 6 p.m., free hot dogs and hamburgers will be served and karaoke with Tom Brillhart will begin in the aquatics area. Free T-shirts will be given to the first 100 participants who complete a group fitness class. Aqua pump, spin, Zumba, abs, step and Yoga classes will be offered from 4:30-6:30 p.m. |
