MIDDLE EASTERN DANCING
Our new Middle Eastern Dance classes are taught by the talented Trisha Taylor and are designed to explore folkloric, classical, and contemporary dance.
Middle Eastern Dance, commonly called belly dance, is a great full body
workout. It is easy on the joints, and can be a no to low impact exercise.
Learn basic moves from Egypt, Tunisia, and other Middle Eastern countries while
getting in shape and feeling beautiful! A hip scarf or shawl to see the subtle movements
is recommended. (Like any exercise form, it is recommended that you check with your
doctor before starting the program.)
If you miss one of the four sessions, you may make it up, but only in the same
semester and if a class has not cancelled for lack of attendance.
