Price: $2095.00 Hours: 300
To successfully compete in today’s distribution industry, companies must continually deliver value to their customers while effectively managing its resources and generating a profit. To meet these challenges, leading organizations require experienced managers who are trained in the dynamics of Supply Chain Management, with a special focus on wholesale distribution.
By examining managerial behavior, organizational strategies, incentive alignment, legal considerations, operational execution and other management topics, this program provides a framework that allows participants to integrate and apply proven supply chain management strategies within their scope of responsibility.
The Supply Chain Management Certificate Program combines faculty instruction from Rutgers University with online leading edge Upper Division Management Education Tracks from Thomson Higher Education. Day-to-day course activities—threaded discussions, live chats, and e-mail communication—are facilitated by an online instructor who is a subject-matter expert. There are 5 modules, each consisting of 6 weeks of instruction and 2 weeks to work a case study and personal assignments. It is suggested that participants spend approximately 8 hours per week on coursework.
This program provides a Certificate of Completion to demonstrate to employers mastery of this complex and vital competency in today’s business world.
