Common Data Set - The Common Data Set is a collection of data about the University, including topics such as financial aid, admissions, enrollment, retention, classes, activities, policies, and costs.  It is the result of a collaborative effort among data providers in the higher education community.

Current Semester - Current semester data provides a profile of University’s current enrollment.  This information is made available following the 20th day of the fall and spring semesters and the 15th day of the summer semesters.

 

 

Graduation Rates - In compliance with the Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act of 1990 (Public Law 101-542), it is the policy of the University to disclose its completion/graduation rates to all current and prospective students.  Rates are based on fall term enrollment of full-time (12 credit hours), first-time degree seeking undergraduates.

 

 

Degrees Awarded - Degrees awarded provides the number of degrees per major awarded each academic year.

Factbook - The Factbook is a compilation of organized information intended to provide students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other interested parties with readily available institutional data.

 

 

Retention Data - One-year retention data provides fall-to-fall persistence rates for all students. Rates are further divided into different categories for a more detailed analysis.

Entering Student Surveys - Entering Student Surveys are completed anonymously by students who attend either a new student orientation or Sprit Days (a special summer orientation program).

Graduating Student Surveys - Graduating Student Surveys are completed on-line by undergraduate students expecting to graduate within one year of completing the survey.

Withdrawing Student Surveys - Withdrawing Student Surveys are completed when withdrawing students are interviewed by personnel at the Dean of Students Office.  This data includes reasons given by students for their withdrawal.

Graduate Exit Survey
– Graduate students complete the Graduate Exit Survey online to apply for graduation.
