PURPLE 1
Biology House
The Biology House is a beautiful four-bedroom, three and one-half bathroom co-ed home on the MSU campus available to students in the MSU Biology Program. The house can occupy up to 8 students in four semi-private bedroom settings. A full kitchen and dining room, two comfortable living rooms, a laundry room, garage for storage, conference room/library, outside patio, and plenty of wall-to-wall storage units await those students choosing to engage in this unique life-science supporting environment. A trained housing and residence life staff member lives in the Biology House to serve as a peer mentor with respect to the academic curriculum and to foster the development of positive and lasting community. Bridwell Courts ![]()
Bridwell Courts is the perfect "home away from home." Twenty-eight apartments in a quiet setting are designed for co-ed student and family housing. Each apartment has a full kitchen, a large bath, central heat/air and plenty of storage space. There is a laundry room on the premises for your convenience. Bridwell Courts is reserved for upperclassmen.

Honors House
The Honors House, opened in Fall 2002, is a newly remodeled five-bedroom, three and one-half bathroom home available to both male and female students in the MSU Honors Program. This beautifully furnished house is located just across the street from the MSU campus, directly adjacent to the President’s mansion. A fully furnished TV Room, formal dining room, comfort den, breakfast nook, laundry room, and kitchen are at the residents’ full disposal, as well as plenty of parking. Killingsworth Hall ![]()
Constructed in 1965 as a three-story women’s residence and named for longtime MSU benefactors, the late Mr. and Mrs. W. P. Killingsworth (who supported MSU Honors Program and numerous scholarships for many years). Three upper floors were added in 1966, making it the tallest building on campus. Features of this hall include five lounges with color TVs and cable, a kitchen for fixing "midnight munchies", a micro fridge unit in each room, washers and dryers, separate phones complete with voice mail, a study lounge, cable TV service, a chapel and a fitness room. The service desk located in the hall provides 24-hour access for "check-out" games, equipment, courtesy wake up calls, vacuums, cleaning supplies, and maintenance requests.
PURPLE 5
Marchman Hall
Marchman Hall offers a quieter, more intimate setting. It is a smaller co-ed hall with 31 students with a suite arrangement of private rooms with connecting bathroom facilities. Marchman is reserved for upperclassmen.

McCullough-Trigg Hall ![]()
Construction on McCullough-Trigg Hall began in 1993 after Mr. And Mrs. Marvin E. McCullough presented MSU with a two million dollar gift. It is MSU's newest residence hall, and was the summer home of the Dallas Cowboys! McCullough-Trigg is a six story, coed building with separate male and female floors.

Completed in 1966 and named after R. Marvin Pierce, chairman of the Midwestern Board of Regents at the time of his death in November 1966.
Pierce Hall is a three-story all male, 233 bed hall built around a central courtyard. Features of this hall include five lounges with color TVs and cable, a kitchen for fixing "midnight munchies", a micro fridge unit in each room, washers and dryers, air conditioning, separate phones complete with voice mail, a study lounge, cable TV service, and a fitness room. The service desk located in the hall provides 24-hour access for "check-out" games, equipment, courtesy wake up calls, vacuums, cleaning supplies, and maintenance requests.

Sunwatcher Village
Sunwatcher Village is a garden style apartment community that caters to the needs of upper-class students. Four-bedroom/two bathroom and two- bedroom/two bathroom apartments are available. All apartments are fully furnished and are equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer.The monthly rental price includes all utilities plus basic cable, telephone, voice mail, and Ethernet connection.
