Biohazard Waste and Sharps disposal pickup
There are two ways to get your BioHazardous Waste and Sharps picked up.

1. Fax your BioHazard Waste form to Rich Frank at (940) 397-4859

2. E-mail your BioHazard Waste form to rich.frank@mwsu.edu

Please remember that the form will need to be filled out prior to pickup of BioHazardous Waste. You will be provided with a BioHazard disposal bag and a storage box to put your waste in. You will be provided one box and one bag per hazardous waste box picked up.
