Midwestern State University's Class Attendance Policy is stated in the Undergraduate Bulletin. You are expected to attend every class meeting. The nature of the study of mathematics is such that absences may cause you to fall behind resulting in poor performance. You are expected to be in your seat when class begins and remain for the entire period. If you miss a class, arrive late or leave early, please inform me of your need to do so. A student who misses 6 class hours may be dropped from this class. If you decide to discontinue this course before March 19, process a drop through the Business Office to avoid an "F".
Students should refer to the current MSU Student Handbook and Activities Calendar for university policies on academic dishonesty, class attendance, student rights and activities.
Students are expected to do their own work on all graded assignments. Any evidence of cheating will result in disciplinary action which may range from a zero on the assignment to an "F" in the course.
Cell phones and pagers must be turned off and put away during class. CELL PHONE USAGE DURING A TEST WILL BE VIEWED AS CHEATING AND WILL RESULT IN A "0" ON THE TEST.
