1. Submission of Assignments: All assignments must be submitted to the assignment page for this course on D2L prior to class on the date due. Please plan ahead for assignment submission, in case you have difficulty attaching your assignments. A minimum of 5 points will be deducted for assignments not submitted through D2L into the appropriate folder. Hard copies will not be accepted. In addition, all papers must also be uploaded to Turn It In. I will email you the information on how to set up your account.
1. Due Dates and Late Penalties: Assignments are expected to be turned in by the due date. Ten percent of the total points will be deducted per date late, and any assignment submitted more than two weeks late will receive no more than 50% of the possible points. Arrangements must be made at least two days in advance for any exceptions to be given.
Absences during the term should be minimal. In a graduate class, you are expected to be present and on time in the classroom. Tardiness, leaving early, and absences are considered evidence of lack of dependability, and are taken seriously. If you have an obligation and plan to miss class, leave early, or arrive late, please let me know in advance.
