Details for assignment submission will be stated in each assignment document.
Some assignments will be turned in hard copy, some will be emailed to the instructor, and others will be posted to a web site.
Daily homework questions will not be accepted late. Students who are absent may email their assignment to Dr. Halverson prior to class or turn in it early.
Projects and papers will be accepted late for one week past the due date but will have 5 points per day deducted from the grade.
Make-up daily quizzes will not be given.
A make-up major exam will be given only for excused absences and if the arrangements for the make-up are made within 24 hours of the exam time. Only one make-up exam is allowed per semester.
Students are expected to attend the class on a regular basis. Excessive absences may cause the student to be dropped from the course. Students are responsible for all assignments and material covered in the course, even when absent. It is recommended that the student contact the instructor by email or phone ASAP regarding any absence.
