The course is intended to further student development in the following departmental learning objectives:
Pass the Mid-term and Final Exams with a grade of 60%+ and complete all written assignments with at least the same minimum grade,
The work of graduate students will be assessed at the same level as if they were enrolled in a 5000-6000 graduate seminar. Research work, methodology, synthesis, and evaluation of research studies will be judged solely at the graduate level and not compared to undergraduate students in the class. Graduate students' additional work includes written papers along with written case studies. Both of these must meet graduate quality standards.

B 80-89
C 70-79
D 60-69
F 59 & below
Papers will be submitted in the APA format on paper, or in the electronic formats of disc or flash drive.
Each late paper will decline in grading by one letter grade per school day.
Attendance is mandatory. Students missing more than 3 class days will be dropped from the course.
