Research and Publications

  • Author/Director of Project BOW (Bilingual Opportunity Window) a Bilingual/ESL Teacher Training Program directed by Midwestern State University in collaboration with the Region 9 Education Service Center, member districts, and the Wichita Falls Independent School District. It is a comprehensive five year teacher training program totaling 1.5 million dollars. The program is funded by the U. S. Department of Education; National Professional Development Program. 
  • Co-Researcher- Midwestern State University Research Grant: "A Feasibility Study to Examine the Advisability of Designing and Implementing a Principal Center in the west College of Education."
