African Students Organization (ASO) is a social organization designed to promote the culture, customs, and achievements of the continent of Africa. ASO is open to all people with an interest in African culture and the advancement of African people.
Bilingual Education Student Organization (BESO) is a professional organization for supporters of diversity and Bilingual Education. Advocate for language minority students to maintain their native language and master English while succeeding academically.
Black Student Union (BSU) shall promote the general welfare of the Black Student Body; academically, politically, and socially; and where appropriate, serve as a representative voice of the body.
Caribbean Students Organization (CSO) fosters a closer understanding between individuals of Caribbean and American cultures. The organization seeks to promote the cultural, social, political, and historical awareness of the various countries of the Caribbean.
East Asian Student Association (EASA) is dedicated to unifying East Asian students and those who are interested in the East Asian culture on campus through cultural, social, service and leadership activities. We strive to promote awareness and appreciation of Asian cultures and stimulates interaction among East Asian students, the MSU community and the metroplex.
Gender & Sexuality Diversity Association (GSDA) organization is designed to promote tolerance and acceptance for the LGBT community, fight for equal rights for all citizens regardless of sexuality, race, ethnicity, or gender.
Midwestern Indian Student Association (MISA) organization of a student centered community, open to all individuals who share an interest in the Indian subcontinent and promote the heritage and traditions of India.
MSU NAACP is Unit #6811. The objective of the organization is to inform students of the problems affecting African American and minority groups. The general purpose of NAACP is to advance the economic, educational, social, and political status of colored people and other minority groups and create a harmonious cooperation amongst all people.
MSU Spanish Club is a diverse organization that encourages students to learn more about the Spanish Speaking World while having fun at the same time. We also believe in service and through the years we have held numerous activities to help people in our community and around the globe.
