TXProfDev.org

TXProfDev.org is a free service which offers four professional development modules online for Texas educators. The modules include teaching resources and information for both full-time and adjunct faculty members. The four modules are: Critical Thinking, Foreign Language Teaching Methods, Reading Comprehension, and Online Teaching.

What Great Teachers Do: Perceptions of Practicing Teachers and Pre-service Teacher Candidates
A paper authored by Midwestern State University's Dr. Bob Redmon, which discusses the characteristics that all great teachers possess.
