Distance Learning Orientation

All new undergraduate students are required to attend an orientation session.  For our students who will be taking distance education courses only, we have provided the following online orientation program. (If you will be taking any courses on campus, you must attend a face-to-face orientation session.)

As you begin, you may have many questions.  Orientation presents information concerning the important academic choices you will be making as well as services available to you as a student at Midwestern.  The faculty, staff, and students look forward to meeting you this semester. MSU is an exciting, growing university, and we are eager to help you get the best start.

Orientation for our new distance education students is, of course, online. There are three steps that must be completed.

  1. Complete the Required Orientation Modules.
  2. Review the online resources available for Distance Education students.
  3. Submit the Passcode provided to you by your Academic Advisor.
